You must apply for a scholarship online directly through  Not everyone is approved for a scholarship, and all scholarship applicants must register, complete the application process, and meet the eligibility requirements in order to be considered for a scholarship.

Currently there is no minimum or maximum amount determined that a qualified recipient can get for their scholarship.  Distributions are made on a case-by-case basis based on need and funds available.
